Order Processing
Manifesting Magic products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and order processing before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, products ordered and available shipping method. The full shipping charge will be displayed before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 5–30 days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, email address and phone number during checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Addresses cannot normally be changed after an order has been dispatched, and additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at manifestingmagic.co@gmail.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Providing photographs helps us investigate your claim but does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.
