RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Manifesting Magic, each product is created and fulfilled specifically for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference changes after purchase
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control

Please review all sizing information and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item

Claims submitted without supporting photographs may be declined.

If your claim is approved, Manifesting Magic will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Manifesting Magic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed, as production may begin immediately after purchase.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
